Bio

Cecilia is an up and coming multi-disciplinary creative. She has spent the past 3 years learning, and refining her skills, that she now feels ready to apply these skills to the professional world and hit the ground running. Although she enjoys many aspects of media, her specialisms lie within digital content, social media, and podcasting.

In her second year, she created a podcast called 'Not a Lecture', which was an advice and lifestyle podcast for university students / university age people. She hopes to continue this personal endeavour after university.

Her most recent work, and the work she is most proud of, is an Instagram exclusive documentary series on a subject close to her heart, the Philippines to UK migration movement of the 2000s.

The project showcases her content creating skills, design and filming capabilities. It also pays homage to her heritage, growing up as a half Filipino herself, by sharing personal interviews of her Mums life and migration story.
